Easy cooking suggestions for using FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS Sauces


  • Grill Steak, Pork, Chicken, Burgers, Sausage & Ribs: Baste with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauces.
  • Seafood: Salmon: Squeeze lemon on fish and season. grill and baste with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauces.
  • Shrimp: Put shrimp on skewers, squeeze lemon on shrimp, salt & pepper. Grill for 2 minutes on one side, Turn and baste with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce. Cook the other side 2 minutes. Then turn and baste again. It’s ready.
  • Stove Top Sausage: Slice and cook in pot with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce. Serve with toothpicks.
  • Cocktail Meatballs: use frozen cocktail meatballs. Put in pot with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce. Cook and serve with toothpicks.
  • Oven Shrimp: Season and bake with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce or use half sauce and half butter for a New Orleans style taste. Serve with bread.
  • Meatloaf: Use your usual recipe but add 2 t. of "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce to the meat. Combine. Last 15 minutes top with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce.
  • Baked Beans: Add "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce to your regular recipe to taste. Then bake.
  • Brisket: Season as usual. Cover with "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauce. Bake at 325 degrees until tender.
  • Pour "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS MANGO-HABANERO" sauce over cream cheese. Use it on crackers.
  • Use "FRED'S FAIRLY FAMOUS" sauces as condiment. Great on hamburgers, sandwiches, shrimp and salmon patties.
